Local Pickups - Like most other online gun retailers I am not set up for foot traffic. No local pickups or transfers.

Shipping - Most firearms ship USPS priority w/sig confirmation unless otherwise noted.(C&R pistols go UPS air). Ammo ships UPS ground. I ship only to US states.(No territories, sorry.)

Items/Magazines Going to Ban States - It is the buyers responsibility to confirm an item they are purchasing is legal in their state/location. Cancelled orders before shipping due to this have a 10% restocking fee. If the order must be returned after being shipped, 25% restocking fee and loss of all shipping costs. I will not mail magazines separately from firearms to skirt your states laws. I am more than happy to send a firearm that would otherwise be legal WITHOUT the mag. NOTE: California requires ALL firearms(including C&R guns EVEN IF you have a C&R) go through an FFL/Dealer. Due to CA law I CANNOT legally ship guns directly to you.(This C&R rule/law only applies to the state of California). *NO EXCEPTIONS*

Payments - I accept Credit Cards(+3%) or USPS Money Orders ONLY. All other payment types will be returned. Mailed payment is due in 7 days, card payments due at time of order. All prices on the website are shown at a 3% cash discount. If purchasing a firearm, the name on payment MUST match the name of the person the firearm is being transferred to.

Item Description/Condition - Please note that military surplus firearms are used firearms that can sometimes have unseen issues. Unless an item is rated as new/unissued, expect minor stock repairs/dings/scratches/light rust or corrosion and other signs of use. Anything moderate that I notice will be listed in the description. Always have surplus firearms checked by gunsmith!

Ammo Policy & Returns - Ammo ships via UPS ground with adult signature required ONLY and is sold 100% AS IS with no returns or refunds.(Partial or Full). There will be a 25% restocking fee(and loss of any shipping related costs) for any ammo not accepted/returned by UPS. Any surplus ammunition is sold as collectible ammunition. It is your responsibility to use due diligence to inspect each round for issues if you intend on firing it. If you have any issues, stop firing that variant of ammo and use for non firing purposes only. As surplus ammunition is in most cases decades old, I make no warranty or guarantee on its function. The states/locals I cannot ship to, include but are not limited to AK, HI, NY, CA, CT, MA, ME, DC or Chicago IL.

Returns FIREARMS - Any moderate unadvertised mechanical or cosmetic issues with a purchase outside of normal wear and tear, I offer a 7 day non firing return period from the point of item delivery. Items that have been fired, altered or are outside the 7 day period(in either your hands or the receiving dealer/agent) cannot be returned. I do NOT offer partial refunds.

Items returned without issue are subject to a 25% restocking fee and forfeiture of all shipping charges. Or I can return on buyers dime. Items marked "AS IS", "UNKNOWN", "CLOSE OUT", "B GRADE" or "GUNSMITH SPECIAL" cannot be returned for any reason. These items are being sold in unknown condition likely needing repair at a discount! NO guarantees at all on them.

Warranty - NO warranty is given or implied on anything I sell/trade. I try to check over my items, however I am not a replacement for a licensed/trained gunsmith. Have ANY firearm you handle inspected by a licensed gunsmith.

Order Cancellation - Orders placed can be cancelled on the same day without any fee. After this there is a 15% restocking fee for orders not yet shipped and 25% for those that have been shipped along with forfeiture of shipping costs. I'm a small one man store and while I understand things come up(IE Vet/Medical/Bills/Change of mind) I cannot be held responsible for them.

I can hold PAID IN FULL orders for up to two weeks, at this point if you have not arranged for an FFL to receive the item, your order may be cancelled/refunded with restocking fee at my discretion. Orders not paid for within 7 days WILL be cancelled.

    You are responsible for knowing your local/state/federal laws. Safe firearm handling/conduct must be observed at all times.
